Purpose: To provide a daytime Drop-in Center, offering hot meals, shower facilities (with hygiene products and clean underwear) and basic needs assistance for rent and utilities, when available; also offers an emergency Pantry Program and is a mail distribution site for those with no permanent address.

Population Served: Homeless, working poor, unemployed, as well as senior citizens on fixed incomes.

Criteria:
Pantry Program – must be registered and live within 44114-44115 zipcode area.
Emergency Assistance – income criteria, other documentation required by funding agents.

Fees: There is no charge for this program.

Major Funders: Catholic Charities Annual Appeal; United Way Services; City of Cleveland; FEMA Emergency Food and Shelter; Harvest for Hunger.
