Purpose: To provide residential substance abuse treatment to women age 18 and older, who have been assessed to be in need of this intense level of care.
Population Served: Women age eighteen and older, particularly those whose substance use has resulted in the involvement of the Department of Children and Family Services and are seeking reunification with their children; or women who are seeking to maintain custody of their children by receiving residential substance abuse treatment. Women with a coexisting mental health disorder are also served.
Criteria: Must be 18 years of age or older; must be a resident of Cuyahoga County; must have been assessed to need this level of care. Must have photo ID, proof of income, proof of residency. Must have a recent physical examination and TB test; if coexisting mental health disorder exists, must be compliant with psychotropic medication and active treatment with a community psychiatrist.
Fee: Medicaid accepted, Private pay, TANF, sliding fee (on availability basis).
