Purpose: Established in 1956, Holy Family Home provides end of life care with compassion and grace in an environment conducive to the patient’s needs while maintaining their dignity.

Population served: Residents of Cuyahoga County who are terminally ill.

Criteria: Must have physician certification of terminal illness and life expectancy of six months or less given a normal course of the illness.

Fees: There is no charge for this nursing home.

Major Funders: Funded solely on donations from the community.
